Mozart La Para
Born on January 31, 1998 in Los Minas, Dominican Republic, Erickson Rafael Fernández Paniagua, better known as ‘Mozart La Para’ is one of the most successful urban artists in Dominican Republic. His artistic name “La Para” comes from the fear his opponents feel when facing him to do freestyle.
His music has been felt with great impact over 15 years, conquering the hearts of an immense fan base that extends throughout Latin America, Europe and the United States. His songs have reached the Billboard charts 5 times and in his homeland he is considered the “Urbano del Pueblo”.
Mozart La Para’s style of music is described as “Tropical Urbano”, a fusion of tropical and urban rhythms. His lyrics include positive messages, many of them from the inspiration of his own experience. Today, Mozart La Para is considered one of the leaders of the urban movement in the Dominican Republic who has conquered the international scene.
